This song is about being free from the definitions we are taught as children.
To be free to live, breathe, and dance to our own song.
To let the folly of life fall aside and live the life you were given.
In the middle of the song there is a pause where we talk about love.
As a dance song, with meaning, we hope while dancing you'll use this pause to hug the one with
whom you're dancing.
Better yet, hug someone you don't know and spread the peace that is our natural state.
